Shipping & Delivery Time:

Monkey Business ships merchandise via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Unfortunately we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes. If you require expedited shipping, please email us prior to placing your order so we may give you a shipping estimate.

International orders, please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping estimate.

Delivery times vary but most items ship within 3-5 days. Some of our products are hand made by other mom designers for Monkey Business at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details. If there are not additional time frames listed you can assume that your order will ship within 3-5 days.

Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from multiple designers, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate packages.

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Please contact Monkey Business before attempting a return. All returns must have prior authorization. Request for a return must be made within 5 days of delivery. Returns must arrive to us within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Monkey Business. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging with a receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Personalized & custom sales are final. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs.

Sales Tax:

Monkey Business is located in Illinois. Sales tax is charged if the shipping address is in Illinois.

At Monkey Business we respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with a third party.
